A bird to burn your eyes out

Some birds really amaze me at just how brightly coloured they are. These Green Bee-eaters in Goa were just dazzlingly!

Winter wonderland

Some winter thrushes taken today in the fast melting snow. The Redwing was in Southill and the Fieldfare in my garden.

Snow finches

The heavy snow stopped play for many people today, but it did give way to some nice images from the garden. Goldfinch, and Chaffinch above.

Rockin' Robin

Aren't Robins brilliant! This chappy hopped around my feet at Stewartby and it seemed rude not to take its portrait.
